Located at 2901 S Westnedge Ave, Kalamazoo, we welcome seniors with warmth every weekday between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with weekend options available. services we provide

• Socialization. We encourage participants to engage in social activities and build relationships with other attendees. This includes group discussions, games and outings to local community events. 

• Cognitive stimulation. We offer various activities that help participants maintain and enhance cognitive abilities. These include puzzles, memory games and arts and crafts . 

• Physical exercise. We understand the importance of physical activity for overall well-being. Our center provides opportunities for participants to engage in gentle exercises, such as stretching, walking and chair yoga. 

• Nutritious meals. We provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day, while taking into consideration dietary restrictions or preferences. 

• Personal care assistance. Our trained staff members are available to assist with activities of daily living. such as toileting, grooming, and medication management. 

•  Transportation. We offer transportation services to and from the center for participants that may require assistance with commuting. 

• Support for caregivers. We understand the challenges faced by caregivers and the need for respite. Our center provides a supportive environment for caregivers, offering a break from their caregiving responsibilities and peace of mind knowing their loved one will be cared for.
